Design
Having a clear plan before building or renovating your home is crucial to ensure a successful project that meets your needs and budget. We follow a comprehensive plan that considers every detail, from design and materials to timeline and costs.
PRELIMINARY BUILDING AGREEMENT
What is a Preliminary Building Agreement?
Preliminary Building Agreements (PBA) are all the documents you need to give to the council before work starts on any major project on a residential property.
This information typically consists of building plans, engineering plans, soil tests, energy efficiency reports and more.
The need for preliminary building agreements highlights the importance of working with a professional designer and builder. At BGH Construction, we offer full design and preliminary packages, where we will carefully and thoughtfully design your new home or extension so it is approved by the council.
